Cutoff for each and every college under UPSEE is different. Colleges which take direct admission can be chosen directly without any cut off list. For cutoff of BHMS course, you can look for last year cutoff list declared by UPSEE examination on their official website. You haven't mentioned the college

AIQ gen last cut off 470 -500+.

MBBS cut off for Himachal government college for ST category in 2018 was 434
Cut off for Dental seat for ST category in 2018 was 357
So with score, you may even get seat for Dental along with BAMS

With 259 marks you have less chance to get government BHMS college in Maharashtra under all india quota. But you have chance in state quota if you belong to SC catagory. Or you can easily seat in private college.

Admissions into BVSc and AH course is done through AIPVT counselling conducted by VCI (Veterinary Council of India) every year and the seats are alloted on the basis
You haven't mentioned your Category. This is important because cut offs are different across Categories. In general if you belong to General Category, you will need atleast 500-550 and for Reserved Categories, you will need atleast 450-500. But this is based on general trends for Ayush courses. Please do remember
For BPT one must score above 300+. For BAMS one must score 420+ for general category for government college. For private it is 300+. Last years cut-off for BHMS is 320-300 for government college. For private college one must get 200 marks. As your NEET score is 210.
