You haven't mentioned your category, this is important because cut-offs varies among categories, in case you belong to General Category the chances are very less to secure a seat in Government Medical College and Government Dental College as per previous year data, in case you belong to reserved category
Banaras Hindu University does not offer BHMS. But it does offer courses like MBBS, BDS and BAMS.

NEET is the entrance examination for admission to MBBS,BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. And BHMS which stands for Bachelors in Homeopathic Sciences is also a branch of Ayush Courses.
