In case if you need to change your course you need to appear in neet again and on the basis of marks you obtained you'll get a college accordingly.

NEET is the entrance examination for admission to Medical, Dental, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. This also includes BHMS because Homeopathic Medicine is a part of AYSH courses. So just to answer your question, NEET is mandatory for BHMS across India.
Can't tell about world but there are many people in India who have more faith in Ayurveda or Homeopathy than modern medicine. So ,yeah it is indeed an option for them who don't get modern medicine to study. 300-350 the n NEET is enough to get you into these streams.
Basically, the qualifying cutoff for unreserved category in NEET is 50th percentile. Cutoff for government colleges usually range in 480+ marks. In short, giving you a rough idea the cutoff for general category would be near avout 480+ marks and for other categories it would be near about 420+ marks

For MBBS ,BAMS and BDS you need to score more than 450 to get into government college. For BAMS a score of more than 400 will get you in any semi government college and

Yes you can apply for BHMS or BAMS with 43% aggregate in 12th (sc category). Rest the admission depends on the NEET score and cut off of different colleges changes every year. So you can appear for neet entrance examination with this percentage.
