As per the latest updates, there's no such rule like this. A student can give neet as many times as he / she can depending upon the eligibility criteria. As long as he /she satisfies the eligibility criteria, neet can be given. Thus, if you are a fresher

Your 12th standard percentage barely matters for admission in Bpt/Bams/Bhms in GGSIPu as long as you are fulfilling the basic percentage criteria you can apply for the above  courses at the university. For BPT you need to give the CET which is a centralised exam conducted by university
