Well for BDS you should always aim for more than 530+ for a good dental college. And for BHMS try to hope 500+ or 480+ to get a good government homeopathic medical college. For BAMS try to score more than 450+ to get a good government ayurvedic medical college.
Usually in courses of AYUSH like BAMS, BHMS, BUMS, BNYS etc the cutoff usually don't go much high. We can't say much about the score because each year the rank varies on the same score. So to say, a score above 520 can grab you a government seat.

To get an admission for BHMS course, you should appear for NEET and get a decent score in it. If you manage to get a good marks in NEET you will be eligible to opt for the course. Therefore to get an admission for BHMS you should have
