Hello Deepthi, Yes, you can leave your course mid-way if you have been allotted a better college in next year. Some of the colleges might ask about the fee for further years but don't give any money to anyone, you can leave your seat anytime without paying money as stated

As here you ask about marks required for BHMS admission in government colleges so every Government College have there different cutoff for BHMS course. Generally it is around 300 to 350 to get any government college and you get private college you have to qualify Neet exam.
