Sorry but you won't be able to get bhms seat without appearing Neet. Fee structure for bhms Course varies with college though average fees is 2,00,000 to 3,50,000 per annum.
Neeg is National eligibility cum entrance test. It is the b9ggest entrance exam of India. It is applicable to most of the medical courses including mbbs, bds, Physiotherapy, bams, bhms, Ayush and veterinary science.
BHMS IS Bachelor of Homeopathy medicines and surgery .
Eligibility criteria for pursuing bhms is to have passed class xii with minimum 50% marks in physics, chemistry and biology from any reputed university.
Also qualifying Neet is mandatory.
Starting salary for bhms doctor is 2,50 000 . It increases with experience.

Please stop thinking of drop . 440 score in neet is considered as a good score . It is not easy to get 400 + marks in neet .
You will definitely get bhms seat with 440 score , your chances to get government college are high but whoch college you will get , we can't predict now .
Cut off keeps on chang8nh every year and depends upon Number of candidates appeared, seat intake , previous year's cut off etc
Also for sc/Stanford obc candidates cut off is low .
