The 104 marks is very less to fetch a government seat for BHMS or BUMS. And there will be very low chance in All India Quota seats. So you can surely try for the private colleges. All the best.

You have got good rank in KEAM. But there are very less chances of your getting admission in government college in Kerala for BHMS. It also depends on your category that what would be the cut off in your case.

Since you have not mentioned your category, I am supposing it to be General. For BHMS course, until last year, the cutoff marks were 400+ in a government college. Since, the cutoffs are expected to rise a bit, you might have a little possibility of getting a seat

Sorry to say but NO. OBC is allocated only 1.7 % of the total seat. So cut off is nearly the same as that of UR.  Even in some state, OBC cut

Yes you can get bhms in West bengal's  government college with this marks. As the marks required to get bhms are 350-370  approx in neet. 

You can also get bds in government college of West Bengal.  Go for the all India quota and state quota counselling  first. Hope

As the NTA NEET Cutoff  2019 has been released along with the NEET Result 2019 and since it says 133-107 is the mark range for SC category ,You have scored quite nice. So you should get an addmission in Bhms in govt. college.
