As the paper this year was easy than the previous years the cut off is going to increase by 20-30 marks .

According to the experts the cut off for BHMS for different categories are -

UR-  350+

OBC - 240+

SC/ST -120+

UR-PH -240+

SC/ST/OBC-PH -120+

As you scored 120 marks in Neet examination , by there marks it is not possible to get any mbbs seat in India . You can try for Bams in private colleges . Getting a mbbs seat with 120 marks is not possible , but you can try

Although your rank is  too low for getting admission in any college via neet as according to your rank you might have got a score below 120 in NEET I would just tell you the criteria for BAMS and BHMS 

 BAMS - 440+ for Government colleges 400+ for Semi
