You have scored good  and you have was quota then you can have a bams or bhms seat through your state quota but you can't get it through all India quota because  for that you need to score more marks.

With this marks it will be difficult for you to get admission in a government college for BHMS course. Because this year's cut off marks are higher than previous years so that lowers down the chances of admission. But you still may get admission because of your caste rank.

The eligibility criteria is 40 percentile , but the minimum marks according to last few years cutoff for any government college for MBBS goes beyond 500 plus . So minimum marks required is nearby this .
