Tentative cutoff for these courses are as follows:

BAMS and BDS have somewhat similar cutoff as nowadays students take admission to these courses .

BDS - 450+ for Govt Colleges and 400+ for Private Colleges

BAMS - 440+ for Government colleges 400+ for Semi Government and 350+ for Private

Infact,

Only Indian national aspirants can apply for the exam and they must satisfy the local/non-local status requirements as prescribed.

I will suggest you to go for both. There might be some chance. First round of counselling for neet 2019 has already ended. Wait for bhms one to begin. Although your category rank is very high but still i will ask you to not lose heart. Rather go for
