330 is less for any government college seat. Especially this year when we saw a good range in cut off. You may get in any private college depending upon the ranking you have scored. Go for the counseling and check if you are getting some good college or not.

As per the previous year(2018) eligibility norms, you have very less chances to get admission in a BHMS college with 100 marks in the NEET.(Considering General Category)
But If you belong to Sc or St category then you may have chance.but not sure.
