If you have already been allocated a college in first round then either you accept the seat and opt for upgradation or you just free exit and sit for second counselling.
In case you opt for upgradation then you will get a upgraded college in the second round

admission for BHMS will start after declaration of neet result. admission process of bhms is ame as mbbs or bds which is you have to give national level entrance exam after which candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained then candidate has to appear in counselling

YES!! NEET is the eligibility examination to obtain a seat in IP University to study BHMS. The first round of counselling starts from July 1, 2019 and according to your mark obtained and the rank you have been placed in you can get a seat in that college.
