For getting into any government medical college, you should have a score of 480+ in NEET. Also, the competition for those seats in government colleges is very very high, so yes 480+ is the minimum requirement. But depending upon your rank, state of domicile it may be variable.

270 is a very less score for any government college. But I will ask you not to lose heart. Start studying again if you want a good college. Get a higher grade in order to get admission into your desired college. But still go for counseling and check what

Hi!

Your NEET score is quite less for admission in BAMS, BHMS, fisheries etc. courses. The cutoffs are a bit higher generally for these courses ( and for MBBS and BDS, of course).

The cutoff marks do vary as per number of registrations and scores of applicants, though.

Ayush courses and Allopathic courses have the same Generic syllabus of Anatomy, Physiology, etc. But the treatment proedures differ. The method of clinical intervention is different. They will have knowledge of how human body reacts to certain drugs but they are not allowed legally to prescribe any medicine

With this marks it will be difficult for you to get admission in government Colleges for BAMS, BHMS, veterinary courses. Because this year's cut off marks are higher than previous years. So even if you belong to SC category, you might not get admission in first round counsellings. A
