After completing your BHMS you can apply for job in corporate/private hospital or start your own clinic once you get lisence to practice medicine.
Corporate hospitals as well as private hospital hire BHMS doctor at equivalent positions to a MBBS doctors.

To get admission for BHMS through NEET candidates needs to secure 50%, or minimum qualifying marks i.e. 131 out of 720 marks for general categories.
For unreserved category, qualifying marks are 107 out of 720 marks.

80 marks are too less to get into any college offering BHMS. Yet, if you could clarify which college you are exactly talking about I might be able to provide you with more exact information.
Currently, it would be logical and practical for you to apply for NEET

As you have less marks you may not get seat in the college, If you are still interested you can work much better than this time and attend the NEET next year.

General- 378
OBC- 312
SC- 278
ST- 268
