BHMS admission will be through the state counselling authorities so you need to register for Ayush courses on your state website with your NEET score.

Cutoff is different for all colleges like Government and Private base don Quota, Category. 

Generally marks above 520 is considered safe for Government colleges

based upon your marks your chances of getting a seat in government bhms college is difficult as your marks are quite low but you can try for private and deemed bhms colleges.i hope this information helps you.
