The counselling & admission will be conducted by the state counselling Authorities. It would be tough to predict but the chances seems less to get admission in Governmnet colleges for BHMS programme.

BHMS admission/ Counselling will be conducted by the state counselling Authorities on the basis of NEET entrance Exam score. Which state application or registration you are asking?

The eligibility is same for MBBS​,BDS & other Ayush courses of NEET Entrance Exam but the cutoff varies course wise & also Colleges wise for the admission. You can check the eligibility to apply for NEET Entrance Exam with the given below link.

 To cancel the allotted medical seats, the last date was 21/08/2018. If you cancel the seat after the given date and time, the entire fee paid will be forfeited so I would not suggest you to switch the seat now.

There is no All India Quota seats for BHMS programme. The admission/ counselling will be through state counselling authorities on the basis of NEET score.
