The cutoff for all the colleges is always based on different factors like category, difficulty of the paper, no of the students have written and so on.
There are three types of colleges
Government
Semi government
Private
To even get into the private colleges, the cutoff marks is

Sorry to say that but you won't be able to get any government bams, BDS, bhms college as your marks are quite low but you can try private bams, BDS, bhms college. I hope this information helps you.

The cut off and fee structure vary college and university wise so kindly name which one you are asking for.
Bhms & Bams admission will be done by state counselling. So, you can apply whenever the state releases form for counselling.
