As per the previous year cutoff according your score the chances are less to get a seat in the Government colleges for BAMS or BHMS programme also, you can try for the private colleges.

For which college do you want to know cut off as its varies from college to college. As there is no minimum number annoucned by CBSE like MBBS/BDS courses, so you can get BHMS/BAMS at a very low score too. 

It depends on your category,it seems a bit impossible for general category students,since the concept of admissions in bams and bhms through NEET is new so it is a bit difficult to say anything about it
