It depends which state and college you are asking for as this is happening for the first time so it is quite difficult to provide any rank or marks range for ayush courses admission. So kindly be specific with the college/university name.
Most likely no a homeopath cannot give allopathic medicine till the time you have a legal degree to allot so. You can do a certification or a related course in it to give the same. There is a one year course you will be required to do to be legal
