If you want to quit BHMS in between of 1 year. In different institutions follow different norms, Various institutes sign an agreement bond via which if a candidate leaves the certain course in between, He/she must have to pay the compensation fees.

Sorry to say but there is no such allopathic course that you can do after bhms to practice allopathy. Although you can go for a bridge course for allopathy after bhms as per the bill passed by Lok Sabha. You can go for MD in homeopathy after bhms
