So if you wish to take admission through state counselling, then you need to apply through the MAHARASTRA AAYUSH COUNSELLING. Till now no notification are available regarding the AAYUSH Counselling for NEET 2021. So

If we look from career point of view, then it's BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurveda, Medicine and Surgery) which is better as compared to BHMS (Bachelor of Homeopathic Medicine and Surgery) because of the following reasons, as stated below -
