In order to get admission in BHMS  course, aspirants have to qualify the NEET by securing the required cutoff scores.

For NEET 2021 cut off for general is 50 percentile,cut off for General-PH is 45 percentile,cut off for SC/ST/OBC is 40 percentile.

I  think you can't get admission for BHMS

Your marks is quite low to say anything regarding getting a government BAMS, BHMS or BDS. Although there might be a possibility that your category helps you go secure a seat, but that also can't be say with much surety as we are talking about a government seat

Yes getting a BHMS seat could be in any of the two ways through state quota as well as through All India quota.  BHMS is included in AI quota seat through NEET. Plus aggregate marks in 12th for General category should be 50% and for OBC/SC/ST should be 45%
