Your marks is quite low to say anything regarding getting a government BAMS, BHMS or BDS. Although there might be a possibility that your category helps you go secure a seat, but that also can't be say with much surety as we are talking about a government seat

Yes getting a BHMS seat could be in any of the two ways through state quota as well as through All India quota. BHMS is included in AI quota seat through NEET. Plus aggregate marks in 12th for General category should be 50% and for OBC/SC/ST should be 45%
