see questions will be formed as per 12th standard exam and it ismcq based, however the difficulty level is below of jee main exam, however if you have prepared for jee main you have an added advantage, follow previous years papers and practice as many of mcq questions.

The topics that are covered in NCERT books of class 11 and especially 12 standard are the topics that would be asked in BHU UET. So goinf through ncert topics would be enough for doing preparation for your exam. Also go through previous exam papers or sample papers
