absolutely not , whatever the exam you have passed in egineering, if you have been called for counselling then you have to visit only that centre which you have been alloted ,you just cannot visit any centre of our choice. you have to carefully look at the time

The eligibility criteria for JEE paper 2 is that It is compulsory that candidates take up 5 subjects in 12thor qualifying exam. The 5 subjects for B.Arch/ B.Planning are:
1-Language, 2-Physics, 3-Mathematics (compulsory), 4-Any one of (Chemistry, Biology, Biotechnology, Technical Vocational Subject), 5-Any other subjects.
