You haven't mentioned the course in which your friend is seeking admission. If he is seeking admission to 4 year B.Tech course then the eligibility is that a candidate must h ave passed 10+2 examination in 2020, 2021 or appearing in 10+2 examination in 2022. As your friend haven't passed 10+2 examination he is eligible to apply for KIIT, Bhuvaneshwari.

If marks of two applicants are the same in the qualifying examination, preference will be given to candidates with higher marks in English.
