bhubaneswar
Dear student,
Definitely you can get admission in KIIT through management quota, although the cost for your case will be very high then as compared to others. If you appear for its entrance examination, then the fees would be less. Therefore, it is possible to take admission in kiit Bhubaneswar without giving its entrance test.
Hi Aspirant,
For the year 2019,The last rank in round 1 for MBBS seat in Sc category was 5931.AIIMS Bhubaneshwar is a well known college for MBBS studies and the competition remains quite high with last cutoff for round 1 being 334 in general. So you can understand the competitions undergoing for the seats in this college.
Hope it helps!!
I would recommend ECE at IIT G if CSE is not your top priority instead of CSE at IIT BBS because IIT G being older has a very large alumni base plus more recognition among companies than IIT BBS. But if you take CSE at IITBBS you will not regret as placements are very good with high package . Since IIT BHUBANESWAR was started in 2008 you will get a permanent campus and almost all facilities of IIT G. Choose according to branch preference as both college are good and you won't regret your decision taking any of these.
( IIT Bhubaneswar was damaged in cyclone Fani I hope they finished reconstruction of damaged structures )
Hi,
IIIT Bhubaneswar is a public institution while LNMIIT Jaipur is a private institute. Being it so, LNMIIT ,Jaipur has a NAAC AAA+ Accreditation while IIIT Bhubaneswar has accreditation of AAA. The median salary package of IIIT Bhubaneswar is Rs. 3.60 lakhs per annum and a placement record of 71% in Electronics and Telecommunications branch while the median package ranges for Rs. 8-9 lakhs per annum in LNMIIT. The NIRF ranking of LNMIIT, Jaipur is 194th and IIIT Bhubaneswar has not placed at any top ranks yet.
So, LNMIIT Jaipur would be a better choice.

Dear Aspirant,
First consider your interest either you want to do computer science or Electrical Engineering . I will suggest to go for IIT Bhubaneswar because it is little older than IIT Goa. Also if you interested in CSE you can apply for branch upgrade in IIT if you have good CGPA in your freshman year. IIT Bhubaneswar has good placement Stats than IIT Goa.
Best of Luck
Hello
Iit indore have a better ranking and placed in higher place rather than iit bhubaneswar. Iit indore is much better than iit bhubaneswar in ther terms of placement. Because Averagesalary package offer in iit indore is around 13 lpa while iit bhubaneswar offers around 9 lpa .
But if you have interested in Electrical branch than you can go for it. Iit bhubneswar is also good but not better than indore.
Feel free to ask
Good Luck...

Hii there,
Dear candidate, I request you to kindly refer to your question again and mention the college name in which you are interested in to take admission. When it comes finally to branch selection in any college, please refer to your interest, reasearch about both branches as much as possible and try to think about yourself, in which company or how much salary you expect from yourself in coming years. Electrical is more preferred branch by many of the students but mechanical is also very impressive branch, you can choose anyone depending on whether you want to study circuital theory, power rooms, rating, etc. Or design some machines, predict the process or reduce the cost of a machine etc.
All the best.
Hey aspirant,
As you haven't mentioned about which entrance exam, rank or what which college you are talking about so my answer maybe wrong. But as on my assumptions, I guess you are talking about the iits?
If yes, then seeing placement statistics of all these colleges then the highest package offered by IIT GANDHINAGAR is 15.5lpa and the average ranges around 7.5lpa.
Now, talking about IIT ropar then the highest package offered by this college is 17.45lpa and the average is 11lpa.
Whereas, seeing the placement statistics of IIT jodhpur the highest package offered is 44lpa and the average ranges around 14lpa.
In IIT Bhubaneswar The highest package offered is 39lpa and the average ranges around 11 lpa.
The last one is IIT dhanbaad whose highest package offered till date is 43lpa and the average ranges around 15lpa.
So, seeing the placement statistics of all these colleges, I guess you should go for either IIT jodhpur or IIT dhanbaad. But yes, we can't deny the fact that the choice of college is based on one's priority. So, rest is upon you.
Hope it helps.
Good luck.
Hello!
What I would advice you is to go with KIIT Bhubaneshwar. VIT Vellore is one of the best choice but getting a seat in the 5th category is not worth it. You could have rather used the money for studying in abroad. By taking KIIT Bhubaneshwar you can pursue your Masters, in the same amount which will be used in your bachelors if you opt for VIT in 5th category.
VIT campus gives us an wonderful life. but still getting that in 5th category is not worth it.
Choose wisely, ALL THE BEST. Hope the answer was helpful.
Thank You
