Is CSE in IIT Jodhpur/Bhubaneswar good?

Hope you are doing well. As per your query IIT Jodhpur ranked 53rd and IIT Bhubaneswar ranked 56th in All India. Both the colleges are very renowned and good colleges amongst IIT. CSE branch in both the colleges are very good but it is better in IIT Jodhpur.

In a situation where you are getting lower branches at IITs and top branches at very new NITs or IIITs, I would suggest you to go with the former option. If you would have secured a rank enough to secure a seat at one of the top NITs in CSE

Hey there!

You wouldn't loose the current seat allotment given to you unless you choose another seat and make the changes official. It's not necessary that you'd get what you wanted in second round so you can still take admission in your initial seat provided.
