I can understand the fear as there is new Cyclone, AMPHAN speculated to hit the coastal area's of Odisha, W.B and some parts of Andhra and Tamil Nadu.

See, first of all bhuvaneshwar is not a Coastal area but that doesn't rectify the fear of not being hit by the Cyclone because coastline is somewhat nearer like Puri, Paradeep, etc.

Cyclones generally comes pre monsoon and post monsoon and maximum originating from Bay of Bengal. So, do not take much stress as  government is on high Alert and all the 12 districts is taken care of.

It is extremely difficult to predict marks required by you to get a seat in AIIMS Bhubneshwar or any other AIIMS

This is because,

it is the first time ever when AIIMS Delhi and other AIIMS are conducting admission through neet  examination  .

Also , cut off marks will depend upon various factors like kind of marks obtained by students in the examination , toughness level of the neet examination etc.

Also,

seats are very limited in AIIMS .

keeping these things in mind you should target  650 marks at least in your neet examination if you want to get a seat in Aiims Bhubneshwar .

The placement records of this college have been great. The placement cell has worked hard in providing ample opportunities to students. Companies like ICICI Prudential Life Insurance, Indigo Airlines, Tedco Education Pvt. Ltd. etc. visit the campus. Not many students opt for placements as they are interested in studying further. Companies like KPMG, ICICI Bank, and others visited the college and offered a variety of roles. The lowest salary package offered was 2.5 LPA. The highest salary package offered was 5 LPA for BBA(Hons).

MBF (Master's in Business finance) is a relatively new course started by Xavier School of Commerce. The course is PG and the eligibility criteria requires a candidate to pass out as a graduate with a minimum aggregate score of 55% from a recognized board with Mathematics and statistics as the core subjects for B.Sc graduates, Accounting/Finance for B.com Graduates, and Economics for BA/BSc graduates.
