Hi Aspirant....
Outside UP candidates cannot apply to government and government-funded engineering institutes in the state. However, they may be considered for admission in private institutions affiliated to AKTU based on UPSEE scores.
Of the total sanctioned seats offered by these institutes, 10% seats are open for non-UP domicile candidates.
In private colleges there are many good colleges, few are given below:
1.ABES engineering college, Ghaziabad
2.Galgotias engineering college, Greater Noida
3.Ajay kumar garg engineering college, Ghaziabad
4.GL bajaj institute of technology and management, Ghaziabad and many more colleges like these list is given below and second link is of UPSEE college predictor.

Hi there,
If you want to take the advantage under home state qouta then during counselling you need to proove it and for that you will need a domicile certificate. As adhar adress and 10&12 markseet adress are not that effective to prove it.
Hence you would have make a domicile certificate for the advantage.
I hope this helps

We know that without officially released cut-off details of NEET UG 2020, it's quite difficult for us to make any accurate comment about the precise cut-off marks of this year for the top and eminent Government and private Medical and Dental colleges in Bihar. Here you also don't have mentioned your cousin's category in your question, so I'm considering him/her as a General-UR candidate.
However as per our assumption and previous year's (2019) details it can be estimated that he/she doesn't have any kind of probablity to grab any Government MBBS and BDS seats with this performance in NEET UG 2020, but has enough chances to get admitted in several top-esteemed private Medical and Dental colleges with this marks. I'm making a list for those colleges genuinely suitable as per your cousin's performance in NEET UG 2020.
MBBS
BDS
The cut-off marks mentioned in the bracket beside the college names are on the basis of 2019's informations. For further reference:

However we all know that the statewise cut-off marks vary each year on the basis of several determining factors like:
But you don't need to be worried regarding this. Because our definite estimation is that your cousin can obviously get chance in all those above mentioned private instituions.
So don't worry. Just be relaxed. You may check the following Carrers360 NEET College predictor tool for ensuring my assumption:
Hope all these informations and links will be quite helpful for you. Wish you all the best.

Hello aspirant,
It's difficult to predict the exact rank as it depends on various factors like level of examination, no. of candidates applied, their marks etc.
However if your score is 596, then the expected All india Rank is expected between 7784 - 10036 according to out NEET marks vs rank 2020 : https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-result-marks-vs-rank/amp#aoh=16026487659560&referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.google.com&_tf=From%20%251%24s
However according to the previous year 2019 NEET results, a candidate with 596 marks has got AIR 8711, bihar state rank 8616 and rank for ews category with this score in bihar was 97 . Please note this was last years rank and this year rank will not be same. But you can expect it to be in this range.
With this score you have decent chances to get into medical colleges through government qouta in ews category.
