According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs until and unless you belongs to any reservation category such as OBC, SC/ST and so on but yes I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the good state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.

Obviously , you can. The Eligibility criteria for getting admission in Dr. Harisingh Gour Univeristy have been stated below:

(a) B.Pharm.: The minimum age limit shall be 17 years on or before 30th June on the applying year. Age should not be more than 22 years in case of Unreserved (UR) / OBC Category and 27 years in case of applicants of SC, ST and PWD categories as on 1st July on the applying year.

(b)Candidates seeking admission to this Programme must have passed 10+2 or equivalent examination passed with minimum 45%marks or equivalent CGPA or equivalent Grade with English as one of the subjects and Physics,Chemistry,Mathematics/Biology.Relaxation of 5% marks in the qualifying examination will be given to candidates belonging to SC, ST and PWD categories .

As per previous few years cutoff of PMCH and IGIMS you can easily get a seat in both of these colleges. Even with your general category rank as well. As last year cutoff for PMCH was around 1950 and for IGIMS cutoff was around 4500 for general category. You can expect minimum cutoff 1500 for PMCH, and with that you can surely get a seat here.

Bihar board 12th routine 2021 will contain exam dates, time and important instructions. As per Bihar Board 12th time table 2021, Bihar School Examination Board will hold exams from February 2 to 13, 2021. BSEB 12th exam date 2021 for practicals will fall between January 9 and 18, 2021.
