In order to become eligible for M.Sc. Biochemistry, the candidate should have Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks aggregate in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Botany, Zoology, Microbiology and other Life Sciences subjects.

Well but as far as I know and the ruling of iit, life life sciences is no more there in iit jam exam only biotechnology is there. So if you want you can give the same for biotechnology but for that you need to have your degree in biotechnology.
