Hi trasha,
It completely depends upon the university in which you are planning to take admission.
Most of the universities allow you to do M.Sc Chemistry after B.Sc Biochemistry only if you have studied chemistry as a compulsory subject in all the semesters.

There are many ways by which you can apply for HCUCET biochemistry , you have to visit the official website and have fill the admission form for the extrance exam.you need atleast 50% marks if you are general and 45% marks if your are sc/st/obc.
