I can see your dilemma , but unfortunately ,  you cannot claim EWS benefits by selecting General Category in NEET application. But if you had selected EWS and then produce relevant certificates you would have been able to avail the reservation benefits.

see you can not take admission in m.tech computers science by appearing in gate exam on biotechnology or any others field. you have to take cse as gate paper to pursue m.tech in cs related field.

Hello, You can apply for NET exam if you fall under the age category required to give exam. It does not have any relation to which year you cleared your exam of MSc. Age limit for CSIR net is 28 years and up to 5 years extended for female candidate.
