I'm from India and I've completed BSc biotechnology (2019- 2022) and after that I did MBA (2022-24). Currently I'm thinking to do Msc Biotechnology. Will I be able to get fully funded PhD in US or Europe (for Biotechnology) if I do well in my MSc (publish research paper, internship)
