You can get your seat here but you have to pay certain charge of the seat. Every colleges/University put different charges in there seat according to the courses. So according to that you have to pay your seat.

It doesn't matter which college you are studying If you are a KVPY scholar and studying in any basic science courses you will get the stipend.

for bachelor degree (bsc), from 1st to 3rd year you will get 20,000 annual contigency grant

and for masters (Msc), from 4th

it is not clear to me what you are asking but i know about the spot rounds which might help you a bit . in spot rounds the left over seats are filled . those ho have missed the previous counselling can also participate in the spot round

For getting admission in bsc biology or biotechnology or forensic science most of the college consider your marks in 12th standard and give admission considering the marks only.
