If you want to pursue this course then you have to study physics , chemistry and biology covering microbiology, biochemistry, immunology, bio informatics, enzymology, pharmaceutic related subjects  .Giving more focus on chemistry and biology that involve zoology

There is a difference. In hons. , You will study 5 additional subject from 3rd semester to 7th semester which will have high credit. This 5 paper will add credit to the final credit which will be awarded after completion of UG degree.
