Predicting you admission into good college like MNNIT just by your marks is difficult as the cutoff scores haven't been announced yet and will be announced after April's JEE Mains. If you provide your percentile, it will be easier to predict.

In almost all admission cases the community certificate is required only during the admission procedure in the college. This is after writing the entrance test and being called to apply to the respective college. So make sure that you have your certificate while you approach the college for admissions.
