you are likely to get admission to your desired branch . The university accepts admission based on the jee or sat exam scores . 

I am myself not sure if your admission is confirm based on NEET scores for btech degree

Hi,  I recommend you join Time Or IMS for cat preparation. The material of these classes is good. The teaching part though you have to put little efforts in clearing your doubts and all. There are professors that are good and some just teach for the sake of teaching. The

You have good marks in board. Try for private universities like Srm, vit which conduct its own entrance exams and based on performance you can geta admission with scholarship.
University like sastra conduct admission soley on 12 marks,  you can also apply for it. There still some private universities
