The admission to various colleges can be based on the rank you have in JEE Mains. The eligibility to JEE Advanced is the cutoff percentile or the cutoff marks. In order to qualify for JEE Advanced, you have to get marks greater than or equal to the cutoff.
KITEEE for biotechnology is a separate paper as compared to KITEEE for other engineering program unlike later the former entrance exam has physics, chemistry and biology section whereas in case of later you have physics, chemistry and mathematics. Hence on the basis of KITEEE biotechnology rank you cannot take admission

You can easily get CSE at Vizag or Hyderabad or Bengaluru campus
Since closing rank is around than 20k.
Since you are getting CSE you choose any other branch also as per your preference.
