After BSc. you can go for MSC course(2 years). ALso there is option of Integrated MSC and PhD.( 3 to 4 years)

Does AIIMS offer Biotechnology course after class 12 ?

Hello,
Nope! AIIMS only provide M.Biotech in the stream of biotechnology which is a master's degree.
The college which provides B.tech biotech is Department of biotechnology, IIT Delhi for which you have to gone through Jee-Mains then Jee- Advanced. Biology is not required in 10+2 for eligibility.

Congratulations on clearing IIT JAM. I am sorry to tell you in genrgen category you can not get an IIT with a three digit rank. NIT are also a slim chance. Last year the closing rank for biotechnology was around 50 in IIT.
