IITs offer B.Tech in Biotechnology courses
And yes,
DU does have BSc. Biotechnology courses. Here are some DU colleges that provide this course-
  • Acharya Narendra Dev College

I assume that you are talking about MAH CET for MBA admissions, there is no such thing called cut off for clearing CET. previous year cut off of GATE for Biotechnology is about to 27.1 marks for general, for OBC 25.1 and for SC/ST/PwD is 18.1

this year also cut off trends is near about that. you can assume near about 28+.

JNU Delhi doesn't offering any course of Agricultural Engineering or Bio-Technology Engineering.

but yes It has M Sc. Biotechnology which is a 2 year course .total seets are 31 and total fees for this course is Rupees 674.to get admission you will have to crack it's own Entrance
