Hi dear,
You can take admission in any branch through lateral entry.Few college such as IITs NITs does not allow lateral entry but you can apply for DTU,SRM.Your marks should be more than 60 percent in diploma for taking admission through lateral entry.

It will be difficult to obtain raw marks from percentile score.Percentile score only telk about relative performance of candidates in respective session.You can take rough idea about rank in general category.Probable Rank:{100-percentile score}×874469/100.

HiiAs you know that the last date for NEET application is over, Sorry to inform that there is no possiblity now to apply for NEET 2019. You will have to wait for the next year NEET 2020 and then you can apply. For now you can apply for AIIMS
