You cannot do M.Tech after B.Sc. The eligibility criteria for M.Tech in Biotechnology is that a candidate should have a minimum 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in B.Tech Biotechnology/ Microbiology/ Botany/ Zoology. I am sorry to say that with the rank you have mentioned it is very difficult for you to get in any of the government colleges. You have a very low chance of getting a government college. Also you can try some private college instead.Sa the Cutoffs vary every year

see you can not take admission in m.tech computers science by appearing in gate exam on biotechnology or any others field. you have to take cse as gate paper to pursue m.tech in cs related field.

Hello, You can apply for NET exam if you fall under the age category required to give exam. It does not have any relation to which year you cleared your exam of MSc. Age limit for CSIR net is 28 years and up to 5 years extended for female candidate.
