There are not specific books amd resources available for icar animal biotechnology. You should download previous year question papers and Google the topics, make notes out of them and prepare accordingly.

You can go for any of the two ways to join biotechnology course as the eligibility criteria states that the candidate must have passed class 12th with minimum 50-60% marks in PCB/M/PCMB subject stream from a recognised board of education.
But,for genetic engineering, b.tech will be more appropriate course.
