Math is not required to do biotechnology.

you must have passed 10+2 in science stream i.e BPC or MPC as main subject from recognized board.

IISER offer five year dual degree BS-MS course in only main four branches  - Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology. They don't offer courses in Biotechnology.
All the IISER Tak's admission through JEE Advanced, KVPY and their own SCB channel exam.
The aptitude exam for SCB channel will be conducted
