Sorry to say dear! But Osmania University, Hyderabad as a whole  does not offer BSc biotechnology course. Some colleges under it provide the course, such as AMS,  Hindi Mahavidyalaya ( autonomous ) etc., It offers MSc biotechnology though. It is a 2 year program offered by the University.
