Yes, you can do BE biotechnology even if you are a Biology student and you don't have math

but yes not all the college offers BE biotechnology to Biology students.

For example,

NITs offer btech biotechnology, like NIT Calicut NIT Durgapur etc but you cannot get admission for

B.Sc. (Agriculture) is definitely better than the latter in terms of more scope for jobs.
