Yes you can go without biology only and only if you have biotechnology in 10+2 along with PCM.

No, you can't go for msc in any computer related subject after doing bsc in biotechnology as both are completely different streams. You can try msc in Medical biotechnology, molecular biology, etc but not computer sciences.
