Actually see all of the courses that you have mentioned are very good courses. But one thing you also should remember that your interest matters. Because suppose if you are interested about BSc nursing and then you go for BSC biotechnology which is quite different from BSc nursing

See if you want to go for Biotechnology or Genetics then going for a BTech course will be better as they are more job oriented. Now if you want to go for BSc course then I would recommend you to go for Biochemistry or Microbiology as a course to study.
